We are Pelham's Elite Armed & Resilient Ladies Society "PEARLS", a ladies' social and shooting group committed to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where women can learn, develop their skills, and build confidence together. 

 

We begin with Personal Safety, ensuring every participant feels prepared, informed, and respected. Through Education & Encouragement, we foster learning in a positive environment that welcomes all experience levels. We emphasize Awareness Building to help develop mindful attention to ourselves and our surroundings, supporting confidence and sound decision‑making.

 

Responsible Ownership remains central to who we are, reinforcing accountability, respect, and ethical practices. Through Leadership Development, we encourage women to lead by example, mentor others, and contribute positively to the shooting community. With a focus on Skill Progression, we support steady growth through practice, learning, and shared experiences, celebrating progress at every step.

 

PEARLS meets regularly on the 1st Tuesday of the month. We enjoy a mix of range and social events.  All experience levels welcome! This is where you'll discover your next adventure.  We look forward to meeting you!
