Gun Owners of NH (GONH)

GONH is the NRA affiliate for the state of NH.

 

The purpose of this organization shall be to: Promote the common good, welfare and safety of the citizens of New Hampshire through fostering the safe handling, care and use of firearms.

GOAL is the NRA affiliate for the state of Massachusetts.

Gun Owners' Action League (GOAL) is the official state firearms association in Massachusetts.  

 

Formed in 1974 to protect the right to keep and bear arms for lawful purposes in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

New Hampshire Fish and Game

As the guardian of the state's fish, wildlife and marine resources, the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department works in partnership with the public to:

  • Conserve, manage and protect these resources and their habitats;

  • Inform and educate the public about these resources; and

  • Provide the public with opportunities to use and appreciate these resources.

Hunter Education courses run from January through October, with many offered in the spring/summer. Don't wait until fall and possibly miss your chance to hunt! New courses are posted as they become available.

Appleseed

Project Appleseed is an activity of The Revolutionary War Veterans Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, dedicated to teaching every American our shared heritage and history as well as traditional rifle marksmanship skills. 

Civilian Marksmanship Program

The Civilian Marksmanship Program is dedicated to the respect for, and safe handling of firearms, instilling patriotism and discipline in our youth participants.

 

The CMP provides its constituents with the highest level of instruction in the proper control of firearms by highly skilled coaches and veteran Range Safety Officers in the classroom, at our ranges, and wherever the CMP banner is displayed.

National Shooting Sports Foundation

The National Shooting Sports Foundation is the trade association for the firearms industry. Its mission is to promote, protect and preserve hunting and the shooting sports. Formed in 1961, NSSF has a membership of more than 11,000 manufacturers, distributors, firearms retailers, shooting ranges, sportsmen's organizations and publishers.

Single Action Shooting Society

The Single Action Shooting Society is an international organization created to preserve and promote the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting™. SASS endorses regional matches conducted by affiliated clubs, stages END of TRAIL The World Championship of Cowboy Action Shooting, promulgates rules and procedures to ensure safety and consistency in Cowboy Action Shooting matches, and seeks to protect its members' 2nd Amendment rights.

 

SASS members share a common interest in preserving the history of the Old West and competitive shooting.  

Youth Shooting Sports Alliance

The YSSA introduces young people to the pleasures and responsibilities of shooting to ensuring that shooting and hunting traditions remain intact.

The Town of Pelham, NH

Nestled in the southeast corner of New Hampshire, Pelham was incorporated on July 5, 1746. The land that became Pelham had been part of Nottingham, Massachusetts to the west and Dracut, Massachusetts to the east.

 

Pelham's men and women have served our country in all of its wars, from the Revolution to the Gulf War of 1991. She has sent one of her sons, William Richardson, to sit on New Hampshire's Supreme Court.
