Thank you for renewing your membership with PF&G!!

The renewal process needs 2 things (1) the PayPal receipt (2) signed Annual Renewal forms.

To complete the renewal process, just mail the PayPal receipt TOGETHER WITH your signed Annual Renewal form to the address above.

Instructions:

1.   Complete and sign all pages of your Annual Renewal form.  Make a note of the $ amount; you'll need that figure shortly.

2.   Enter one or more Membership #(s) that you're paying, and click "Pay Now"

"Pay Now" takes you to a screen where you can choose from various payment options, including credit cards and PayPal.

Print your payment receipt and mail  it together with your Renewal Form to the address above.

You can pay multiple memberships and types (i.e. Associatevand Student) in 1 transaction; just total the amounts, and be sure to list ALL Membership #'s.

 

p.s. It isn't necessary to create a PayPal account, even when offered.
